A Non Governmental Oranization spearheaded by the wife of the Executive Governor of River State Dame Judith Amaechi aimed at Providing tuition free schools for Nigerians, Creating enabling work environment and providing various skills as source of income and lots more.

Empowerment support initiative(ESI) has so far built over 90 tuition free schools for  Nigerians.
