Mick Jagger ‘devastated’ over girlfriend’s death--Report

Reports say Mick Jagger is not taking the death of his longtime girlfriend well.


The Rolling Stones frontman, 70, canceled a Wednesday concert in Australia, reps confirmed. An insider told Us Weekly that the rocker was “devastated” and “inconsolable” after hearing the news that his partner of almost13 years, designer L’Wren Scott, died Monday of an apparent suicide. Jagger is said to be traveling to New York. His daughter, model Georgia Jagger (with Jerry Hall) also canceled a fashion show Down Under to be with dad. Mick’s rep added that the couple had not recently broken up, as per Page Six. Fox News reports that financial problems with her fashion label may have thrown Scott into a downward spiral. She pulled her London Fashion Week show last month because she lacked the funds to put it on well, sources add.
