The footballer and wife, welcomed a son today May 15th, three weeks before she was due to deliver.
However, both mother and child are in good condition, the footballer made the announcement on his twitter page this afternoon.
The couple wedded in May 2012 and welcomed their first son, Noah, in January 2013.
The new baby boy has since been named Theo.
